Langholm Capital picks up Wool Overs
Langholm Capital has acquired Wool Overs, an international online retailer of jumpers, sweaters and cardigans.
Following the deal, Wool Overs founder Mark Shenton will retain a significant stake in the business.
Company
Established in 1989 by Mark and Clare Shenton, Wool Overs originally sold cable-knit sweaters at country shows. Today the company sells jumpers, sweaters and cardigans online. Its products are available in the UK, the US, Australia, France and Germany.
Based in West Sussex, Wool Overs generates turnover of £25m.
