
Kernel et al. back TCAS
Kernel Capital, Enterprise Ireland and private investors have injected €650,000 into TCAS Online, a Dublin-based provider of software for student accommodation managers.
Kernel committed €250,000 of the total, with the balance supplied by Enterprise Ireland and private investors. Kernel invested via the Bank of Ireland Seed and Early Stage Equity Fund, a €26m vehicle launched by Bank of Ireland in November 2009 and managed by Kernel.

Founded in 2000, TCAS is headquartered in Dublin with an additional office in Hertfordshire. The company provides software and support services for managers of student accommodation in the UK, Ireland and Asia.
TCAS's software includes functions such as electronic inventory, a tenancy deposit scheme module and digital tenancy. Clients include Brunel University London, Warwickshire College, University of Gloucestershire and RMIT University Vietnam.
