TA's Access picks up First Choice
TA Associates-backed Access Group has acquired recruitment technology business First Choice Software.
Following the deal, First Choice's offering will be integrated with Access's finance and payroll software in order to provide clients with a complete software offering, from sourcing candidates to billing clients and paying staff.
Previous funding
TA acquired Access from Lyceum Capital in January 2015. The deal reportedly valued the company at £225m.
Company
First Choice provides recruitment software. Clients include Randstad, Impellam Group and Pertemps Network.
The company was set up in 1995 and currently generates turnover of £6m. First Choice employs 45 people.
