
Accel-KKR acquires Kerridge from NVM
NVM Private Equity has exited its investment in Kerridge Commercial Systems to tech investor Accel-KKR in a £41m SBO.
NVM acquired Kerridge in March 2010, investing £9m to support the company's management buyout from former parent Automatic Data Processing.
Since investing, NVM has backed several add-on acquisitions, including TIS Software in October 2011 and Datawright in October 2012.
Company
Kerridge provides software, IT services, consultancy and support for wholesalers, distributors, merchants and retailers.
In 2013 the company reported turnover of £30m, and counted 300 members of staff across its offices in the UK, the Netherlands and South Africa.
