Kernel and Enterprise Ireland back PR Slides
Kernel Capital and Enterprise Ireland have taken part in a тЌ500,000 funding round for PR Slides, a Dublin-based online press office for fashion and beauty brands.
The two firms backed the company alongside PR Slides co-CEO Niall Harbison, as well as angel investors Julian Kulkarni, Eamon Leonard and Johnny Walker.
The fresh capital will be used to bolster PR Slides' workforce, with 20 new positions expected to be filled throughout 2014. The company is also planning on opening new offices abroad, to expand the company into international markets.

PR Slides offers an online public relations service and image library for companies, designed to provide an inexpensive means for fashion and beauty businesses to expose their brand to journalists.
The company is headquartered in Dublin and currently employs seven staff.
People
Emma-Jane Power is the founder of PR Slides, as well as co-CEO alongside Harbison. Orla Rimmington is a partner at Kernel, while Michael Moriarty is head of high-potential start-up financial and enterprise software at Enterprise Ireland.
