TA Associates backs Flashtalking
TA Associates has invested in London-based Flashtalking, an international advertising technology company.
Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed, though it is likely to be a significant investment: TA typically invests a minimum of $50m in businesses worth between $150m and $3bn. . Flashtalking will use the fresh capital for expanding in the US and potentially to further internationalise the business.
TA Associates invested in Flashtalking due to its financial performance and an attractive, diversified customer base, according to the GP.
