Langholm's Purity Soft Drinks bolts on Firefly
Langholm Capital’s Purity Soft Drinks has acquired Firefly Tonics.
Previous funding
In May 2012, Langholm backed the management buy-in of Purity from previous owners the Cox family in a deal understood to be valued between £10-20m. Langholm took a majority stake in the company while management and Mike Cox took minority interests. At the time, Langholm said its main objective was organic growth but it would consider acquisitions.
