
RCapital Partners backs bChannel MBO
RCapital Partners has supported the MBO of UK sales channel management business bChannel.
The company's management team led the buyout from previous owner Adventis Group.
The share buyback was funded by RCapital's growth fund. RCapital also bought the company's debt, previously held by Lloyds TSB Bank and Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance.

b-Channel is an Oxford-based company focused on sales channel management in the technology industry. Besides its UK headquarters, it operates offices in the US and Asia. bChannel counts Cisco, IBM and SAP in its client base.
People
bChannel's management team, composed of Matt Rowland-Jones, Phil Gowing and Chris Bard, led the buyout. Jamie Constable, founder, led the deal on behalf of RCapital.
