Octopus launches £25m-target Titan VCT 3 fund
Octopus Investments Ltd has launched Octopus Titan VCT 3, which will seek to raise up to £25m in the 2008/09 tax year. The fund can support up to 30 smaller unquoted UK companies. The typical deal size will range from £500,000 to £2m and investments will emphasise on key market growth sectors. The fund has an initial three-year investment period and plans to have invested 75-85% of all proceeds invested. The remaining 15-25% will be invested into a combination of cash, money market securities and other funds managed by Octopus.
