Wokingham-based vending machine operator Snacktime floated on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange, providing a partial exit for Elderstreet Private Equity, the primary shareholders of the business. Almost seven million shares were issued at 144p per share, raising a total of approximately £3m and representing a market capitalisation of around £10m. Following the float, Elderstreet has marginally reduced its stake in the business to 29.56%. Michael Jackson and David Lowe handled the transaction on behalf of the investors and both retain seats on the Snacktime board.
