
Inflexion makes minority investment in Mobica
Inflexion has completed a minority investment in software company Mobica through its Partnership Capital fund.
The investment will be used to support Mobica's organic growth by expanding the company's engineering team.
As part of the deal, all of Mobica's management shareholders have retained their investment in the company.
Company
Established in 2004, Mobica provides software for the mobile, automotive, semiconductor, finance, TV and broadcasting markets. Areas the company has worked in include in-car infotainment, internet-of-things applications, payment technologies and semiconductors.
Mobica was founded in 2004 and is now present in the UK, Poland, the US and Mexico.
