Altium promotes two
International investment bank Altium has promoted Andy Clarke to director and Elin Sion to assistant director in its Manchester office.
Clarke (pictured) joined Altium from Grant Thornton in 2009, having previously worked at LDC and KPMG. He specialises in private equity transactions and general M&A.
Sion joined Altium in 2011. She has been involved in a number of private equity and corporate transactions in the business support services industry, as well as the energy, waste and renewables sector at the firm.
Sion qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC and holds a master's degree in chemical and process engineering from the University of Manchester.
