RCapital invests in McArthur
Turnaround specialist RCapital has invested in McArthur, a wholesaler and distributor of commercial fencing products.
The deal follows a number of difficult years for McArthur, predominantly because of underperformance in its Irish division. The company has now restructured its business with the support of RCapital.
Company
Established in 1839, McArthur specialises in the distribution of building, agricultural, steel and security fencing products. The company is based in Bristol and employs 250 people across eight sites in the UK.
