UK- Braveheart invests in MicroStencil Ltd
Braveheart, a venture capital and investment management business, has announced that it has jointly led a round of funding into MicroStencil Ltd of approximately ТЃ500,000. This is the second round of funding the company has received and other contributors included the Scottish Co-investment Fund.
Since receiving its first round of funding of approximately £600,000 from Braveheart in May 2005, Microstencil has set up a manufacturing base in Livingston. The second round of funding will be used to increase Microstencil’s production capacity in support of a recent distribution agreement for Asia and North America, which it has signed with DEK, a provider of equipment and processes for the high accuracy mass imaging of electronic materials.
