Inflexion grows investment team with triple hire
Inflexion Private Equity has hired Fabrizia Rizzi, Henry Arundel and Josh Kaufman as investment professionals.
Rizzi and Arundel join as investment executives, while Kaufman will take on the role of investment director.
Arundel joins Inflexion following a nearly four-year stint as an associate in Evercore Partners' financial institutions group, having previously worked as a financial services analyst at Rothschild for 18 months. Prior to his time in the financial industry, Arundel was a racing driver competing in Formula Three and Formula BMW Championships.
Italian native Rizzi joins from Rothschild, where she worked as an investment professional for three years at Rothschild Group Private Equity Fund in London. She moved to Rothschild in 2013 from Advent International's Milan office, where she was employed as an analyst. Before Advent, Rizzi was an analyst at Credit Suisse's investment banking team, focusing on the consumer and retail sectors.
New investment director Kaufman comes on board following an 18-month stint as a director with Levine Leichtman Capital Partners in London, having previously been an associate director since June 2011. Before moving to Levine Leichtman, Kaufman worked at New York-based private equity outfit Leeds Equity Partners for five years – equally split between an associate and senior associate role. His career began at Robert W Baird, where he was an analyst for three years.
