
Arnulf Keese joins E.Ventures as partner

Arnulf Keese has joined San Francisco-headquartered VC E.Ventures as general partner in its Berlin office.
The new partner is a former PayPal executive and was hired to strengthen investment expertise in fintech, mobile and digital transactions.
Before joining PayPal in 2006, Keese was a managing director at internet payment system Giropay and earlier held the same position at online banking service Star Finanz.
In May, former entrepreneur and head of Flickr Bernardo Hernández joined E.Ventures as general partner. The VC announced the closing of its $150m fifth European fund the same week.
