Agilitas hires Goddard and Sumpsi
Pan-European mid-market private equity firm Agilitas has added two to its ranks as it begins looking to invest the Agilitas 2015 Fund.
Luke Goddard joins from Adducore, where he provided private equity consulting. Prior to Adducore he held a variety of private-equity-focused positions. He was a director at Africa-based alternative asset manager Fusion Investments and an associate at KKR. Goddard has also been an investment analyst at 3i.
Aleix Sumpsi joins from Morgan Stanley's investment banking division, where he spent six years after graduating.
Agilitas has advised on €1.5bn of investments since 1995 over 34 transactions. It is currently investing its 2015 fund, which it used to back the £150m MBO of Exemplar Healthcare last year.
