
Silverfleet hires four in investment team

Silverfleet Capital has hired Johan Boork, Jan Kux, Guntram Kieferle and Constance d'Avout in its London, Munich and Paris offices.
Boork joins Silverfleet's London office as an associate. Prior to joining, he worked at UBS Investment Bank as an analyst between 2015-2017 in London, where he was part of the Nordic coverage team.
Kux is based in the Munich office and holds the position of associate. Before joining, he worked at JP Morgan, where he held the positions of analyst and more recently associate between 2012-2017.
Kieferle joined Silverfleet as an intern in 2016 and has now been hired as an analyst. He is based in the Munich office.
D'Avout joins the firm as an associate in the Paris office. Previously she worked at EQT Partners' London office between 2013-2017 as an associate. Before that, she held the position of investment banking analyst at Moelis between 2011-2013.
