Law firm Dentons has hired three professionals to bolster its corporate M&A office in the Netherlands and Czech Republic.
David Griston (pictured) and Juif Klein Wassink will join the firm's Amsterdam office as new partners focusing on corporate M&A, private equity and the energy sector.
Griston previously worked at Clifford Chance as head of the M&A team in Amsterdam, where he specialised in the energy, natural resources and commodities sectors. He focused on Europe, Central Asia and Africa.
Wassink has joined Dentons from Baker McJenzie, where he worked as a partner with focus on private equity.
Furthermore, Dentons launched its energy practice in Prague with the appointment of Petr Zákoucký as a partner. He joined from Clifford Chance, where he led the regulatory practice in the Czech Republic with a focus on competition law across the energy, infrastructure and mining sectors. Following his appointment, his two associates, Michal Pelikan and Barbora Obračajová, will follow him at Dentons in the coming weeks, according to a statement.
