
Omnes Capital promotes five, hires three
French private equity firm Omnes Capital has appointed two principals, four associates, a head of human resources and a head of operations.
Ludovic Valentin-Pereira joined Omnes Capital in September 2016. In his new principal position, he will work within the mid-cap buyout and growth capital team. Prior to joining, he worked at Altran as an M&A manager in 2016. He also has experience from Pléiade Investissement between 2009-2015 as an associate and later as a director.
Laurent Perret joined Omnes Capital in 2010, where he held the positions of analyst and associate before being promoted to principal. He will be working in the firm's renewable energy infrastructure investment department. He also holds experience from TX Logistik in 2009 as an analyst.
Also in the renewable energy infrastructure team, Elisa Steccaglia and Yannic Trueb have been promoted to associates. They both joined Omnes in 2014.
Adrien Celdran has joined Omnes as an associate in the co-investment team. He previously worked in Credit Suisse's Paris office as an analyst between 2015-2017. Maximilien Fournier Sourdille has also joined the firm's venture capital team as an associate. Before that, he worked at FeetMe as COO between 2014-2017 and at Mauna Kea Technologies in 2013-2014.
Coralie de Clavières has joined the firm as head of human resources, leaving her position of office manager at Touttée Conseil & Associés where she worked between 2012-2012.
Serge Rakovitch has joined Omnes as head of operations. Prior to that, he worked at VCPE Advisory as managing partner between 2011-2017 and at OTC Conseil as partner between 2007-2011.
