BC hires new investor relations principal

Mancer joins from Ardian, where he was a senior investor relations manager with a focus on the Gulf region. Prior to that, he held positions at private Qatari company Al Faisal Holding, Landsbanki and Calyon Financial.

At BC, Mancer will be based in London and work on fundraising and client relations across all investment strategies, with a particular focus on the Middle East region. He will work alongside partners Richard Kunzer and Laurent de Rosière.

Kunzer and de Rosière took joint responsibility for the firm's investor relations activities when managing partner and head of investor relations Charlie Bott retired in September.

Bott had most recently overseen the raise of BC European Capital X, a €7bn buyout fund that closed on its target in January 2018 after two years on the road.
