
Intralinks acquired by SS&C Technologies
Financial technology provider Intralinks has been acquired by US-based SS&C for $1.5bn.
SS&C provides investment and financial software-enabled services and software to the global financial services industry.
Intralinks is a financial technology provider for the global banking, deal-making and capital markets communities. It facilitates strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and investor reporting by enabling and securing the flow of information.
The company has 800 employees globally and 4,000 clients, including banks, PE firms and blue chip corporate clients.
The deal was announced on 8 September 2018 and has now completed. SS&C purchased Intralinks for a total consideration of $1.5bn.
