Livingbridge hires Alantra's Richards

Richards will join the firm's Manchester office. Managing partner Wol Kolade said in a statement that he knew Richards from his work at Alantra (then Catalyst) on Livingbridge's investment in procurement business Efficio. 

Vernan was vice-president in Alantra's M&A team, focusing on business services and TMT. Prior to this, he spent six years at PwC, working in their Audit and Transaction Services teams.
