Aliter promotes three
Lower-mid-market PE firm Aliter Capital has announced the promotions of Claudia Beveridge, James Davies and Alex Noel to the role of head of legal, investment manager and investment director respectively.
In her new role, Beveridge will coordinate the firm's legal approach across all transactions, and advise the fund and its portfolio companies. Beveridge will continue to act as the compliance officer for Aliter. Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Beveridge qualified in 2003 and began her career at Maclay Murray & Spens. She then held positions at Alfred McAlpine and Europa.
Davies joined the firm in 2017 and will now be involved in identifying, assessing and engaging in new investment opportunities, as well as supporting portfolio companies. Davies started at Deloitte and since then has had stints at Canaccord Genuity, Mansford and Macquarie Capital.
Noel's role will include deal origination, investment analysis, and execution and portfolio management. Noel qualified as a chartered accountant in 2013, was previously at PwC, and joined Aliter in 2017.
Aliter announced the close of its specialist support services fund Aliter Capital I in February 2017 and focuses on small and mid-sized businesses in the UK support services sector. Aliter has closed a total of eight transactions in the last two years.
