MJ Hudson opens NY office
Asset management consultancy MJ Hudson has opened an office in New York to strengthen its cross-border capabilities.
The firm provides legal advice on fund formation and other regulatory matters. The new office will be led by director Peter MacGuire.
The firm said in a statement that the new office will help it better assist its European clients that needs US representation, as well as North American clients that need access to European markets. MJ Hudson now has more than 200 US-based and Canadian clients.
This is the latest step in the firm's expansion strategy after it launched an Italian office in January this year and acquired Amsterdam-based environmental, social and corporate governance consultancy Spring Associates in July.
