StepStone launches private markets platform for HNW individuals
Private markets specialist StepStone Group has launched a private markets platform, which focuses on delivering the organisation's institutional capabilities to high-net-worth individuals and other private clients.
Conversus is set to leverage StepStone's expertise across private equity, real estate, private debt and infrastructure, with a focus on helping private clients to gain exposure to private markets and diversify their portfolios.
Conversus along with StepStone will integrate fund investments, secondaries and co-investments to create customised product solutions for the private wealth sector.
Responsible for leading the platform are CEO Bob Long, president of distribution Neil Menard, and Tim Smith who serves as chief operating officer and chief financial officer.
StepStone has previously committed to Hg Saturn, HgCapital 8 and TDR Capital IV, according to Unquote Data.
