Rede's Yaron Zafir joins Asante
Yaron Zafir, who was most recently head of secondaries at fund advisory firm Rede Partners, has joined Asante Capital as a senior adviser.
Zafir will bolster the placement agent's secondaries activity, which will now count 11 professionals across the business. The firm diversified into secondaries advisory around 2017.
Asante aims to advise on a broad spectrum of secondaries transactions, including LP stake sales, staple deals, GP-led transactions, tail-end portfolios and aged primaries.
Zafir had joined Rede Partners in early 2014, following five years as a senior associate at Paul Capital Partners. Prior to that, he was an investment manager at Cedar Fund.
Zafir stepped down from his position at Rede in January this year, although he remained involved with the firm as a senior adviser before joining Asante.
