Keyhaven promotes Mouawad to partner
Secondaries firm Keyhaven Capital has promoted Teddy Mouawad to the role of partner.
Mouawad joined the specialist secondaries firm in 2016 and has been promoted to partner from his role as investment director. He is the firm's seventh partner.
He will be responsible for sourcing, executing and monitoring investments, as well as maintaining relationships with the firm's network of local partners. Mouawad will have particular responsibility for operations in southern Europe.
Mouawad has led on transactions including Eanos Investments, a portfolio of commercial office properties in Portugal; and Madeleine, a GP-led restructuring of a portfolio of three French companies. In 2020, Mouawad oversaw the exits of both Eanos and TCX, an Italian specialist in motorcycle footwear that was sold to Investcorp-backed Dainese.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a finance analyst for British American Tobacco in London, where he began his tenure as a management trainee in 2009.
