Searchlight hires new global head of value creation
Searchlight Capital Partners has hired Hg's Amanda Good as partner and head of global value creation.
Good will relocate from London to Searchlight's New York office in July 2021.
In her role with Searchlight, Good will lead the development of an internal value creation team, working alongside the GP's investment executives and portfolio management teams, the firm said in a statement.
Good previously led Hg's portfolio team, where she focused on areas including digital transformation and sales, having joined the firm in 2014. She also has prior experience with Bain & Company, where she worked for 14 years and was a partner.
Searchlight is currently deploying equity via Searchlight Capital III, which held a final close in November 2020 on $3.4bn and aims to make three to four investment per year during its investment period.
