Agilitas makes four new hires
Mid-market private equity house Agilitas has appointed Amol Judge, Nadja Goldbach, Niklas Quadt and Verdeep Dost in its investment team.
Before joining Agilitas, Judge worked for three years as an investment professional at Herkules Capital, a PE firm based in Oslo, and was a board member for companies in the Nordic region. He began his career at Carnegie Investment Bank, where he worked on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, equity financings and IPOs.
Goldbach joins Agilitas after three years at strategy consulting and M&A firm Monitor Deloitte. Before that, she worked for Norland Capital, a technology-focused mid-market PE firm based in Silicon Valley and London. Goldbach started her career at management consulting firm Kearney, where she focused on strategic transformation, corporate finance and PE.
Quadt joins after three years at PE firm TA Associates. He also spent four years at Oliver Wyman, a global management consulting firm, where he advised management teams, private equity firms and other institutional investors throughout the investment cycle, including on due diligence and value-creation initiatives.
Dost has joined the firm after three years at Hermes Infrastructure, where he worked on investments across the infrastructure and energy space. Prior to this, he was at Macquarie Group for 10 years, where he focused on the transport and utilities sectors.
Earlier this year, Agilitas announced the final close of its latest fund, Agilitas 2020 Private Equity Fund, on its hard-cap of EUR 565m.
