Felix hires two new partners
Felix Capital has appointed two new partners, promoting Susan Lin and hiring Julien Codorniou from Facebook.
Lin joined Felix three years ago and was promoted internally. She was previously at Hg, Bain & Company and two startups over the course of 10 years. Lin focused on software investments and portfolio companies at Hg and was a management consultant at Bain. She was also a director of partner strategy at startup AppDirect.
Prior to joining Felix, Codorniou was at Meta (previously Facebook) leading its platform partnerships and workplace go-to-market teams. He has also held the position of vice-president of workplace since 2016. He has been an angel investor, adviser and LP of Felix since its inception. Before Meta, he was the director of business development at Microsoft. Codorniou has served on the board of Le Monde since 2012.
Felix's most recent fund, Felix Capital Fund III, held a final close on its USD 300m hard-cap in January 2020, surpassing the target of USD 250m. Its predecessor, Felix Capital Fund II, held a final close on its hard-cap of USD 150m, surpassing its USD 120m target, while Felix Capital Fund I closed above target on USD 120m.
