Arma Partners promotes two partners in record year
Tech-focused Arma Partners has promoted two partners amid what it describes as "another year of record-breaking activity".
The firm has promoted Andrew Wheatley and Bruno Nehmé to the position of partners, as well as Daniel Fugmann, Eike Marx, Shajeed Surani to the positions of managing director, according to a press release.
It has also poached Ilgit Beygo from Roland Berger as managing director. Arma said the majority of its 12 partners have been promoted internally rather than hired laterally.
Arma advised on 25 M&A transactions in the year to March 2022, including EQT and TA Associates' partial sale of IFS and WorkWave to Hg at a USD 10bn valuation, and Forterro's USD 1.1bn acquisition by Partners Group.
The advisory firm said it saw strong year-on-year revenue growth and will maintain its deal momentum through 2022 with an active pipeline of M&A and private capital transactions.
