GMT hires TMT specialist from Cinven
GMT Communications Partners has announced the appointment of Stefan Franssen as partner.
Franssen, a multi-lingual German national, joins the pan-European media and telecoms specialist from the London-based large-cap buyout investor Cinven.
He spent eight years at Cinven as part of the TMT sector team focusing on various segments including digital media, TV content and broadcast, outdoor media, publishing, market research, B2B information and cable.
His new role at GMT will see Franssen take on various tasks from deal origination through to transaction execution and portfolio management.
