Hermes appoints new CEO
Hermes Fund Managers has promoted Saker Nusseibeh to the role of chief executive officer.
Nusseibeh joined the firm in June 2009 as main board director and head of investment.
Following the departure of Hermes' chief executive in November 2011, Saker was appointed acting chief executive by its board while a permanent replacement was being sought.
He remained head of investment during that time, and will continue to fill the role going forward.
Nusseibeh's career includes stints at Mercury Asset Management, TCW, Société Générale Asset Management and Fortis Investments.
