GERMANY - Süddeutsche Beteiligung acquires Schwäbische
Die Süddeutsche Beteiligung GmbH has acquired Schwäbische Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH from EMAG Holding GmbH for an undisclosed sum. EMAG will continue to hold a 30% stake.
Schramberg-Waldmössingen-based Schwäbische Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH manufactures tool systems for a range of industrial uses. The company employs 320 staff and expects to achieve turnover in excess of EUR 125m for the current financial year.
