IK acquires tensioning products specialist DSI
The Industri Kapital 2004 fund has entered into an agreement to acquire DSI(DYWIDAG-Systems International GmbH), the global provider of tensioning productsused in bridge building, slope stabilisation and mining.DSI is a market leader in the development, production and application of post-tensioning andgeotechnical (steel) fastening parts and systems. The high value added safety/durabilitycritical products are used in bridge building, slope stabilisation and mining.
