FINLAND - Pohjola Private Equity closes mezzanine fund
The private equity arm of the Finnish bank Pohjola has held a second closing on EUR 70m of its fund-of-funds Selected Mezzanine Funds I.
The fund, which will invest in European mezzanine funds, has a hard cap of EUR 150m and aims to commit to between five and ten funds. The fund will make both funds investments and direct co-investments.
