FINLAND - CapMan takes 12% stake in listed Affecto
CapMan, through the CapMan Public Market Fund, has increased its stake in OMX Helsinki-listed IT services company Affecto plc.
At the time of writing, the share price was EUR 2.42m, which would value CapMan stake at EUR 6.3m.
Affecto delivers Business Intelligence solutions and operational IT solutions such as enterprise content management to the Nordic markets. It employs 940 people its offices in the Nordic and Baltic regions and Poland. In 2008, sales amounted to EUR 132m.
The deal represents CapMan's fourth investment from its Public Market fund. According to CapMan senior partner and head of public market investments, Jukka Ruuska, the investor aims to make one to three new commitments in 2010.
