ITALY - Cape acquires ITP
Cimino & Associati Private Equity (Cape), via the Cape Natixis Due Fund, has acquired a 70% stake in textile manufacturers ITP Spa and Tessitura Imperiali Srl in a management buyout deal.
Headquartered in Fino Mornasco, ITP was founded in 1998 and specialises in the design, realisation and production of high value textiles for coats, with a client list that includes Burberry, Monclair, Fay, and Max Mara. The company generates turnover of EUR 17m, with 45-50% of the sales made in Italy and the balance originating abroad.
