NL - Rabo Private Equity announces new investment approach

New label Rabo Capital will take minority stakes in Dutch companies ranging from EUR 10m to EUR 100m in value and will act as partner for local and foreign private equity houses or strategic parties. Existing label Rabo Participaties, meanwhile, will acquire both minority and majority shareholdings up to EUR 10m in value.

Rabo Innovatiekapitaalfonds is a venture capital fund under management of Rabo Private Equity that invests in start-up companies active in the production of innovative and durable products or services.
