CEE - 3i appoints Andrzej Szostak to CEE buyout team

3i has appointed Andrzej Szostak to its Central and Eastern Europe buyout team, led by partner Stuart McMinnies. Szostak will be primarily based in Warsaw, with the remainder of his time divided between London and other parts of the CEE region. He will be responsible for identifying, introducing and executing buyouts in Poland and the rest of CEE, targeting companies with an enterprise value from EUR 100m to over EUR 1bn.
