
ITALY - Aletti acquires furniture business from Absolute
Aletti Private Equity has acquired a 70% shareholding in furniture business Arketipo from Absolute Ventures in a SBO worth around EUR 20m.
Upon completion of the deal, the remaining stake will be split between by the company's management, which is re-investing in the business, as well as private equity firm Credem and two other individual investors. Arketipo focuses on the design and manufacturing of furniture aimed at the higher end of the market. It expects to post a turnover of EUR 15m in 2007.
