
CapMan buys Infocare from Fujitsu and 3i
The funds managed/advised by CapMan and Helge Briseid Risnes, CEO and founder of theInfoCare Group, will acquire the Norwegian specialist in ICT services InfoCare ASA fromFujitsu Services and 3i. Following the transaction, CapMan funds have a 67% stake inInfoCare and Helge Briseid Risnes and the executive management group hold the remainder.The closing of the transaction requires the approval of competition authorities, and the deal isexpected to be closed during August.
