GERMANY - 3i floats SFC Smart Fuel Cell

3i has floated its portfolio company SFC Smart Fuel Cell on the Prime Standard in Frankfurt. A total of 2,395,275 shares were placed at an issue price of EUR 37. The total placement comprises 1,317,990 shares from a capital increase and 726,073 shares from existing shareholders. An additional greenshoe cosisting of 351,212 shares has also been made available by the selling shareholders. The total issue volume excluding Greenshoe is EUR 89m. 3i placed 205,111 shares reducing its stake in the company from 15.5% to 9.3%.
