
UK - Bank of Ireland appoints new UK acquisition finance MD
Bank of Ireland Corporate Banking has appointed Peter Dunsby as UK managing director, Global Acquisition Finance. Dunsby joins Bank of Ireland from CIBC World Markets in London where he was executive director of its European leveraged finance business. Prior to that, he worked at The Royal Bank of Scotland in London and Paris and at Deloitte in the UK. He will be based in London and will have responsibility for arranging private equity sponsor backed transactions in the UK, Benelux, Scandinavian, Iberian and Italian markets. A number of additional appointments will be made in the near future.
