FRANCE - Ciclad takes 84% of construction equipment business

Ciclad has taken an 84% stake in Hussor, a manufacturer of concrete moulds for the construction industry.

Former majority stake-holder Bernasconi SA, a Swiss indutrial company, has re-invested in the new holding.

The business generated a turnover of EUR 25m in 2005, and currently employs 111 staff.
