
Dennison leaves Providence for Park Square Capital
Credit investor Park Square Capital has hired Piers Dennison, formerly managing director at Providence Equity Partners, as head of investor relations.
Prior to joining Park Square, Dennison was in charge of European investor relations at Providence, which he had joined in 2011.
Prior to this, he spent seven years at Candover, where he helped raise €6.5bn across two funds as head of investor relations. He also acted as member of the investment committee between 2006 and 2010, and head of operations between 2006 and 2009.
This followed an eight-year stint at Boston Consulting Group between 1995 and 2003. Prior to that, Dennison worked at SG Warburg for six years.
