POLAND - Advent makes PLN 405m offer for Wydawnictwa

The total consideration equates to a per share price of PLN 16.35 per share, a premium of 5.6% compared to the weighted average price over the previous six months, and 1.6% compared to the last closing price of PLN 16.07.

WsiP was established in 1945 and has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2004. The business is the largest educational publisher in Poland, offering a range of textbooks and multimedia for schools at all levels.
