GERMANY - Palamon takes controlling stake in cadooz

Palamon Capital Partners has acquired a controlling stake in cadooz AG. The company is a provider of gift certificates for corporate customers in Germany. The financial investor has committed EUR 15m in capital within the framework of the transaction.

cadooz was established in 2000 and currently handles over 300,000 gift certificates each year for its customers. This is Palamon's third investment in Germany in recent years. Others include Loyalty Partner GmbH and D.A.V.I.D. GmbH, a provider of radio and TV software to the broadcasting industry.
