
Primary Capital promotes Alec Parkinson to assistant director
Primary Capital has promoted Alec Parkinson to the position of assistant director, and has also expanded the team with the hire of Oliver Melliss, as associate.
Parkinson has been with Primary since 2007, when he joined from PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he had been for five years - focusing on European mid-market deals.
While at Primary he has worked on a number of deals through the company's Primary III fund.
Melliss joins from Deloitte, ending a five year career at the firm, most recently working as a manager in the corporate finance advisory team.
His experience includes working in Deloitte's consumer business and special situations teams.
